Privacy

CBHM is committed to protecting your online privacy and does not sell or give away personal information.  Personal information includes your name, address, phone number, email address and payment information.  We gather this information with the sole purpose of processing and/or contacting you about your order. Your trust is important to us and will be respected during every transaction with CBHM.

Exchanges

Since sizing is so important, we do have an easy exchange system. Exchanges MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION with all original packaging.  The exchange must be received by CBHM within 30 days of the original shipping date or within 2 weeks of your delivery date, if you are pregnant.  Please contact us to receive a return form and authorization number and simply mail in the carrier with your form filled out and we will send you a new size/fabric as soon as we receive your exchange.

Returns

Please consider and exchange for sizing concerns before you give up and return your carrier.  Most people are happy with one size up or down from the original size.  Returned slings MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION with all original packaging.  Returns must be received by CBHM within 20 days of original shipping date.  A $5 restocking fee will be applied upon return of each item.  Original shipping will not be refunded.  Please contact us to receive a return form and authorization number and simply mail in the carrier with your form filled out.  Your return will be processed as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Local Pickup Policies

All orders may take up to 10 business days to process and ship. We have recently changed our shipping policies to accommodate our family's busy schedule.

We will now be shipping packages out every Friday afternoon. Any orders received after 4pm the Wednesday preceding will be bumped to the next week's shipping order. If you have a rush order, please feel free to contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.

Local pickup will now only be available on Wednesdays between 10am and 6pm. You will be contacted when your order is ready to arrange a time for pickup.
